IVARA operates within DRBK, a CQC-registered practice in Reading. This policy explains how we handle personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include.
We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to arrange visits, and — where you have agreed — to contact you about treatments, membership, launch and preview events.
If you tick the WhatsApp box, we will also contact you on WhatsApp about IVARA. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our team by Resend, an email service provider, which processes the data on our behalf. Our booking and clinical records are held in our clinical practice systems, not on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
To do any of these, email us. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
